Bags let you split one long packing list into smaller, physical groups — a carry-on, a checked bag, a kid's backpack — instead of scrolling through everything at once.
Create, rename, and delete bags
1On your packing list, stay in ✎ Edit items mode and set Group to Bag.
2Tap + Add a bag and give it a name — each bag then shows as its own card with a running item count.
3Tap Rename or Delete on a bag's card to manage it.
Good to know
Deleting a bag doesn't delete the items inside it — they move into a No bag group so nothing gets lost.
Moving items between bags
Tap an item's name to expand it, then use the Bag dropdown to move it to a different bag or set it to No bag. New items you add land in whichever bag's own Add an item row (at the top of that bag's card) you use.
Heads up
Bags are personal — each traveler manages their own, and you won't see or edit anyone else's bags on a shared trip.
