The Trip Kit, near the top of your trip's overview page, is a short list the organizer curates for the whole group — things everyone should bring, like shared gear or a team jersey — separate from each person's own packing list.
Only the trip owner can add or remove kit items. Everyone else just sees what's suggested and decides whether to pull it onto their own list.
Kit items don't automatically end up on anyone's packing list — each traveler chooses what to pull in. Tap + my list on a single item, or Add [N] missing to my list to grab everything you don't already have in one tap. Either way, it's copied onto your own list as a fresh Need.
