Packing Mode is the 🎒 Pack half of your packing list — built for the day you're actually stuffing bags, with fewer forms and more taps and swipes so you can move fast. Tap the ✎ Edit items ⇄ 🎒 Pack toggle at the top of the screen any time to switch; you're never on a separate page, just a different mode of the same list.
The ring at the top is your Lash Meter. The solid ring tracks the percentage of items you've packed; the faint outer ring includes items you've marked Have but not packed yet. Get everything packed and it turns into a little lightning-bolt celebration.
The status pills (All / Need / Have / Packed) narrow which items show. Group changes how they're sectioned — by Bag (one bag at a time, no hunting around), Status, or Type — and Sort switches between A–Z and Added order. Search finds an item by name across whichever grouping you're in. Anything without a bag shows up in its own No bag group when grouped by Bag.
